Joanne Wong
Joanne is an Australian graduated as an accountant at The University of New South Wales, Australia. She has the responsibility for the development inbound and outbound programs for the youth, travel and education industry in China.
She has been involved with international education for many years, actively developing networks with associates from Europe, UK, USA, Australia,Canada, India and Malaysia. Her establishment of the global networks, as well as strong links to government, are an integral part of the company.
Alan Wong
Alan is a chartered accountant and a senior partner at Mitchell & Partners, a firm of chartered accountants in Sydney, Australia.
He has over 30 years experience in providing professional advice to clients and is a member of many company boards across Asia and in Australia.
As Chairman of the IES Global group, Alan provides financial advice and management services to the company.
Sandy He
Sandy graduated with an MBA from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. She has been involved in education and consultation services to foreign companies and government organizations in China for many years.
Her goal is to create a close connection between educational enterprises and the continuous development of IES Global. With experiences in international education and cultural exchange has greatly strengthened the cooperation and developed the programs of the company with its partners around the globe.
Andy Tan
Li Bei (Andy) Chen has been involved in the education industry in China for many years and provides valuable expertise in dealing with schools; government authorities and visa issues.
Li Bei has a key role as the Manager of Placements for participants and is the key liaison with the schools.
Senator Pan Qinq Lin
Senator Pan is currently a member of the CCCP and an advisor to the company. Senator Pan is a Member of Chinese People's Policital Consultative Conference (CPPCC); Economic Advisor, Tian Jin Government; Chairman of Japan-Tianjin Cooperate Hi-tech Pty. Ltd.

Dato’ Koh is a prominent businessman / investor and provides independent advice and expertise as a board member to a number of publicly listed companies in Malaysia across a broad range of industry sectors.

Professor An Tian Sze
Dr Tian Se Ang obtained his PhD from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in 1980 and served in various capacities as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Head and Professor of the
Department of Chinese Studies in the same university for many years prior to his departure to take up an offer as Head of Chinese Studies program, Faculty of Arts, Edith Cowan University, Perth, Western Australia in 1992.
