All industries. We work with more than 150 companies across all sectors including international, Chinese, start-ups, NGO's and Chambers of Commerce.

Internships are available across a number of industries including marketing, media, IT, hospitality, international business, engineering, events management, finance, law etc.

We will find the role that best fits your aspirations and background.

Permanent employment. After you complete your internship, you may be able to gain permanent employment with your host company or through our placement network. We have partnered with Fesco.Adecco, the biggest HR recruiter in China to give you the opportunity to gain full-time employment.

We are the only internship program in China that does this.

Hospitality

A hospitality internship is the perfect opportunity to gain practical experience within the field and gain a valuable insight into the booming hospitality industry in China.

With the rapid growth in international hotel chains throughout China, our participants are given the chance to intern in 4 and 5 star recognized hotels in China’s major cities.

This is the ideal chance to intern in a country renowned for its exponential growth and dynamic economy.

Our hospitality Internship introduces you to the sector and shows you the impact that the hospitality industry has on the Chinese economy and the excitement of working within it.

We match successful candidates with high-class hotels, restaurants and other establishments in the hospitality industry. Those with the right skills to offer are in demand, with promotion in the industry rapid, leading to possible full time employment.

Whether you have graduated in the field, are currently studying or looking for a way to break into the world of hospitality then this could be the internship for you!
 

Information & Inclusions

  • Internships can be between 6 - 12 months. Potential for full time employment
  • Allowance of 1500-2500RMB per month
  • Meals and accommodation provided
  • Roles are available in food & beverage, functions/events, HR, management, marketing, property & resident, front desk and kitchen
  • Open to those currently studying in or qualified in the hospitality field

Media is an exciting but extremely competitive industry to get into. As the interest in China continues to grow, an increasing need for more media coverage has developed and with it comes opportunities.

  • Internships are available at International print, Radio, TV and online companies
  • Roles include anchors, journalists, editors, disc jockey, programmers, website designers and more
  • Ideally you have a background or keen interest in media, journalism, history etc

China Radio International (CRI): China’s biggest radio company aims to further the understanding between China and the rest of the world by utilizing its local knowledge of China and combining it with world affairs to form a bigger picture for all.

CRI currently broadcasts in 43 languages with over 1000 hours of program content per day across local, overseas, satellite and online networks. The program ranges from music, education, world affairs, language, sports and many more.

An intern from Australia, Lisa, just completed a very successful internship there. In her time there she polished stories, translated articles, wrote articles and did video reporting for them.
