  • Airport pickup. When landing in a new country for the first time, we know how daunting it can be so that’s why we will greet you at the airport and take you to the campus you will call home for the next month!
  • Registration and check in. Upon arriving you’ll check into your room where you shall be staying with fellow participants. We also collect your passports to arrange your visa extension.
  • Accommodation & meals. You shall be staying in an apartment with fellow participants. A TV, kitchen and bathroom are included. Meals are provided on campus.
  • Orientation & team building. We’ll give you a comprehensive orientation to China, what to expect on the program and cover Chinese culture and customs. There will then be some icebreakers to give everyone a chance to mingle with all the new faces!
  • Staff support. We have many staff dedicated to providing invaluable advice, helping out with translations, sharing experiences, offering 24/7 emergency support and helping out wherever possible during the training. We have a mixture of Chinese and foreign staff, many of whom are previous participants or bilingual.
  • Welcome dinner. There will be a formal welcome dinner with all participants, staff and guests attending for a traditional Chinese banquet that includes the famous Beijing duck!
  • Teacher training. We have seasoned professional teacher trainers giving you guidance, imparting years of knowledge, providing feedback and monitoring your progress throughout the training.
  • Mandarin classes. Start learning the most spoken and fastest growing language in the world. This will make your time in China a lot easier and will help you make loads of friends!
  • Culture Classes. You will have the chance to learn some Chinese caliligraphy and try some relaxing Tai Chi with our professional instructors.

There will be a graduation dinner where you will receive your certification before we head out for a farewell party where you can share a few laughs and say your goodbyes (but hopefully not forever!) to your newly found friends and our staff.
  • Departures. Everyone will leave for their school placements in the days following the graduation. Our placements are scattered all across China and so travel arrangements can be by plane, train or bus.
